Q: Trying to reset iPhone 5s. It will not accept my Apple ID password, but I know it's correct. Please advise.

I am trying to reset my previous iPhone 5s to factory settings. It is requiring me to log in with my Apple ID. It will not accept my password. I just used the same password to log into this website, and I purchased a song on iTunes on my new phone with the same password. So, the password is most certainly correct. I tried restoring through iTunes on the computer, but it is requiring me to log in on the phone and disable the Find My iPhone. Since iCloud will not accept my password, I cannot restore via computer.

 

Please advise.
