How do I retrieve my QuickTime 7 Pro registration key-Ordered more than 18 months ago?

I followed the instructions for retrieval, but the Apple website doesn't list orders over 18-months old. Does this mean I have to buy it AGAIN or is there a way to retrieve my code?

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

If you didn't keep the original email from Apple or write the code down then there is nothing you can do to retrieve it.
