I have an apple account already. The music wouldn't sync at first. Now i see the option to sync my music from beats app but when i log in to my apple account it says i have already synced my music. But no music appears. PLEASE HELP

From your post I understand you are transferring from Beats Music to Apple Music on your Android device. I suggest that you follow through the steps outlined below to accomplish this task.
Transfer from Beats Music to Apple Music
- If you haven't already, download the beta of Apple Music from the Google Play Store and install it on your Android phone. If you don't have Google Play in your country, you can download the app from Apple.
- Open the Beats Music app. If you're not signed in to your Beats Music account, sign in.
- When you see a message that says Beats Music is now Apple Music, tap Get Started.
- Tap Individual. You can upgrade to a Family Membership only after you join Apple Music.
Under the button, you'll see how much iTunes Store Credit you'll receive after the move. If you already joined Apple Music with your Apple ID, the next screen shows you how much iTunes Store Credit you'll receive.- To finish moving your account to Apple Music, tap Continue, and then enter the password that you use with your Apple ID.
- To confirm your membership, enter your password again.
After you confirm your Apple Music membership, Apple Music opens. This means that your billing is successfully set up for Apple Music. Your recommendations and music library move to Apple Music in the background. If you don't see all of your transferred content in Apple Music after 24 hours, contact Apple Support.
