iCloud for windows 10 installation error 2343

First time I've used the apple products, so I'm a little unfamiliar with how they do things. But I'm having trouble updating this app. iTunes updated and I checked my PC for updates. So I need some suggestions of how to fix this without losing any prior docs. photos, etc from when it installed in Sept. I had no issues with it then. Thanks
