For parental control preferences: "allow access to iTunes U" checkbox, what sort of "educational content" does it mean?

I believe it means the iTunes U tab inside iTunes. There are a lot of public courses available via iTunes U, some of which are only available for iPad. Courses are marked explicit as appropriate, but it looks like the parental controls don't permit control that fine-grained.
