How to use Apple Watch to gain weight?

A lot of people just talked about how to use Apple Watch to lose weight, but how about to gain weight! Does anybody know how to use apple watch to gain weight? It can track the calories coming to the body, not track the calories to burn!

Yes, the watch does track calories that you burn. And that's good information no matter what you're trying to do. The Apple Watch isn't really about losing or gaining weight. It's focus is on fitness. It doesn't track weight at all. It tracks activity. Even if you want to gain weight, you still want to be active and healthy. Consult a nutritionist for what you should be eating. Get an app like MyFitness Pal which will let you set a goal and track your intake.
