Q: My iPhone 6 iOS 9.1 loses cell signal all the time

My iPhone 6 iOS 9.1 (13B143) loses cellular network a dozen times a day (even when others iPhones are not experiencing any signal problem at the same time and same place) and it finds the signal back many times but I have to switch the entire iPhone off and on to regain signal 6 times a day, My wife's iPhone 6 present the saem problem but not at the same time, so I think that is more like a iOS bug than anything else.

I've been talking to other iPhone users and it seems that it is happening a lot not only in my city but in São Paulo as well and with different cell network providers. My provider is CLARO.

Is there a fix?

Hey edudrey,

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your cellular service on you and your wife's iPhone. Let's see what we can do about that.

I would start with the article below and compare what you have already done with it. I would make sure that the carrier updates are good as well as reseating the SIM card. You might even need to reset your network settings.
