Dec 4, 2015 2:44 AM in response to helen kelseyby helen kelsey,my photos from iPad n phone were all saving In photo stream on iPad. I have had my iPad in the shop n she checked all my settings were ok n updated icloud on iPad. I have checked IN i cloud n both my phone n I pad r there but it is saying I pad updated August not yestd. None of photos r there from iPad I paid for extra storage so my photos would be safe. Am not good with tech stuff but even the woman in the shop is baffled by all this she thinks there is a big glitch on iPad n she's gonna wipe it, looks like am gonna lose all my photos ☹
