Q: I have iPad 4 and hp wifi printer. Looks like everything is connected but it won't print

I have an iPad 4 and a wifi hp printer. Everything shows connected, but the "print" doesn't light up and therefore, I can't print

Thank you kb1951. I did receive a message from hp saying AirPrint cannot print a document from a web site with a password. I was able to print anything before. A page with an error report came up but a document from word printed just fine.
