How to change airport extreme IP address in bridge mode?

I need to change the IP address of my airport extreme base station to a specific address in bridge mode. For some reason I cant seem to figure out how to do it. Anyone have any ideas?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

1) Open AirPort utility

2) Click "Internet" tab at the top

3) Set "Connect Using" to "Static"

4) Then you can set the IP manually
