Q: Disappear app of Reflector Director
I was download of Reflector Director and had been paid because it was problem with Device Mobile which it does not connect. I delete and try to re-download again but it was unable download and can't find it.

If the app is no longer available in your country's app store then you won't be able to redownload it - if that is the case then do you have a copy of it in your computer's iTunes library or on you backup of your downloads/library so that you can sync it back to your iPad ?
If it is still in the store but not showing in Purchased for redownloading then check to see if you've hidden it from there : Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support.
