Q: my icloud

Hi Sir/Mdm,

 

i using use iphone 5s and the software updated to IOS 9.1 already,i cloud terms keep ask me to accept the new term but i try to sign in system shown unable to connect to server. i also try sign out the icloud also cant,keep ask to to reset my password. pls advice how to settle this problem.

    Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

     

    It sounds like you are trying to accept the new terms and conditions, but are unable to because your iPhone can’t connect to the server. I understand that you have also tried troubleshooting by signing out of iCloud and then signing back in, but you are asked to reset your password to sign out. 

     

    This may be a good course of troubleshooting and I would suggest changing that iCloud Apple ID password so that you can log out and log back in. To change your password, please follow the steps in the following article.
