Screen Shot 2015-12-03 at 9.33.25 PM.png

This is what comes up when I go on Airdrop in finder. None of my devices show up and yes, I have airdrop on.

    Hello reginaluvskittles,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

From your question, I understand that you are attempting to use AirDrop, but are not seeing any of your devices. To begin troubleshooting this situation, I would suggest reading over and working through the steps in information located in the following article. One key element that is discussed in the article is making sure all of your devices are connected to both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Use AirDrop to send content from your Mac - Apple Support

    Cheers!

I have the same problem, have followed the instructions in the link and have tried a number of other troubleshooting suggestions:

    • Cycle bluetooth and wifi off and on, also tried changing airdrop to contacts and everyone, neither works
    • Restart both devices and try again.
    • Log out of iCloud on both devices and then log in again

Both devices are up to date, though have had this problem since the last version of OSX and iOS.

Not sure what else to try, this has never worked.

One interesting thing to note, is that if i Airdrop something between 2 iOS devices, immediately after one of the iPhones will appear on the Mac. Very strange!

Hope someone can help as I'm stumped at this point.

    Thanks

Hi, I have same problem. Screen looks the same as reginaluvskittles. I newer se questions: "Allow me to be discovered by: Everyone?" and "Don't see who you're looking for?" as it is shown on Apple support.

If your screen looks like reginaluvskittles, then you have an older Mac that is not capable of Airdrop between OS X and iOS devices. The newer Airdrop features require a more advanced Bluetooth module which you don't have.

You should be able to Airdrop between other Macs. Newer Macs would have to be put into Legacy mode for you to see each other.
