Q: need to cancel my apple music free trial

I need to change the region of my apple ID to the UK, however it won't let me because I am in the middle of my Apple Music free trial. I don't want or need this app, how can I cancel my free trail so I can go ahead and change my region before end-February 2016?

iPad, iOS 8.1.3

If you want to cancel it simply turn off automatic subscription renewal.
