Just restore your new iPhone from your last backup of your old iPhone

If apps are no longer available in the App Store, they will no longer download from iCloud. If you have them in your iTunes library, they should sync to the device. You provided no details as to what you did specifically, so we are not sure how you did whatever it is that you did.

Dec 4, 2015 9:33 PM in response to Shreedavyby Shreedavy,First I took a back up of my iphone 5S on itunes (back up to computer), and then plugged in my iphone 6S and restored the backup. But it was showing an error again and again. It seems the problem was with my itunes software version.
However, I now successfully managed transferring all the apps and data.
