Problems in upgrading my ipad2

Recently i decided to upgrade my ipad2.

According to instructions from apple website , i connected my ipad to itune page at my computer .

At the end of the upgrading process , a sign of error appeared. (error 9)

Since then my ipad stopped working. The only sign is a picture of a usb cable attached to an itunes figure.

What happenned? And how can I solve this big problem.

Thanks!

From the support article:

Check your security software

Errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1611, 9006.

Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.

Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't blocking a connection to the Apple servers.

If you still see the error message, check for USB connection issues
