Q: Can anyone suggest why my iMessage or FaceTime will not log in and allow me to use either, it keeps saying it does not recognise the verification, thanks

MY imessage and FaceTime will not log in, it keeps saying it does not recognise me and verification is not possible, please advise how to correct this, thanks
