iPhone 5 back camera, flash, and panorama not working!

SO I just upgraded my iPod 5 to an iPhone 5 and I noticed that most of the features that the iPod didn't have doesnt work on the iPhone. I used the same Apple id to setup the iPhone and I even updated the device to the newest iOS. The back camera, the flash, and even the panorama setting is not working whatsoever. when it comes up it keeps a picture of my face and blurs it a lot. I'd like to avoid the possible charge Apple would ask for to fix it. I've already tried the hard resets and everything. Just give me yalls. ideas.

I see from your post that your camera's screen is completely black, even after forcing it to restart. To continue troubleshooting this issue I suggest that you follow through the steps below.

You see a closed lens or black screen

If you see a closed lens or black screen when you open the Camera app, try these steps:

Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.

Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.

Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.

If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping . If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.
