IOS 9 Increase Notification Sound

I need to find a way to increase or change the sound of a pushed notifications. Getting a notification to vibrate would also solve the problem. I'm 64 and my hearing isn't what it used to be. I also volunteer for Habitat For Humanity which is a noisy environment. Currently Notification volume in IOS 9 is set to ringer volume, but I'm missing the notifications. I'm trying to get work using a Task Rabbit App. The APP requires me to respond to a notification within 30 min. or face losing all future job referrals. I need to find a solution the hear or feel the notification when it arrives. MY JOB DEPENDS ON IT. Please guide me to a solution.

The Tasker APP from TaskRabbit does not allow you to set the sound or turn on/off vibrations. How can you change the default Notify sound to something louder? I don't see a sound specific with each Notify. Is there a way to turn on Vibrate with each notify? In IOS 9 when do not Disturb is set to manual, some calls make a sound, but some do not. Is this normal? What calls that make a sound? The ones on the favorites list?
