Q: Apple Remote Desktop 3.8 lockdown disables on reboot.

I use Apple Remote Desktop to manage a high school iMac Lab.  Whenever I lock the computers down, students are able to disable the lock by rebooting the computer. When I used the previous version, this was not the case.  How can I correct this?
