Q: My iPhone 5s blue screened, Red screen, And will not turn on.

My phone was blue screening for months without end. It would freeze then go blue and turn off, and would not turn back on for a while. Then it would freeze and vertical lines would come up and then it would turn off for even longer. Just to get it to turn back on at this point I needed to press the lock and home button simultaneously for a good minute. Then one day it froze and went completely red. I let it alone for a while and then i figured it was done for. I tried to hook it up to my computer to reset it and an error kept popping up saying that it was impossible to reset it at all. I went into a credible repair store and they tried numerous things to try and fix my phone and nothing worked. Now all my phone is, is just a fancy looking paper weight. It has never gotten any water damage and the screen is not cracked at all. The phone is in near perfect condition and it is very upsetting that I can't use a perfectly good phone. I've trusted Apple for years and this is the first major problem I've ever had with an product that wasn't obsolete. I use Apple on a day to day basis and this phone problem is ruining my faith in the company. I have wasted so much time and money trying to fix this problem and I do not have the finances to get a new phone. I always thought that Apple has the superior technology but now I'm not sure. I've been on this computer for hours trying to get someone from Apple to help me with my problem and it keeps saying that they're unable to help. This is not the first time I've felt neglected from my favorite company.

Will someone just help me.
