Q: iPhone 5C Service Network Unavailable

Hello there,

I have had my iPhone 5c for almost 2 years now (January makes it two years) and it has worked fine up until the other day. I am unable to connect to my service provider or even send imessages when on wifi. I dont know if this has anything to do with my SIM card but all I do know is that it is really annoying me. I haven't performed any updates on my phone since the last software update 9.1

My father has the same exact phone and we bought them on the same day and his works fine.

Our service provider is Verizon.

When I click on the "Phone" tab under settings next to where it says "my number" it says 'Unknown'.

On messages it keeps on saying "waiting for activation"

Under "About" it says 'Network' 'Not Available'

I have reset my phone about 20 times so far, popped out my SIM card and put it back in, resetting network, and a few other things I can't recall right now.

I cant make calls or text anyone and it is really driving me crazy.

Anyone know how to fix this?
