Q: Missing MMS Option in Settings - iOS 9.1

Currently I'm unable to send or receive any MMS Messages. I don't have an option to enable/disable MMS in Settings\Messages. Under SMS/MMS there is only 'Show Subject Field', 'Character Count' and 'Blocked'. Any idea how to fix this?

Are you provisioned by your phone carrier to use MMS?

Give them a call and see what the issue is.

Yes I'm. Never had an issue with this on my previous phone with the same SIM card. Nevertheless I've called the carrier to confirm MMS is enabled.

And you have imessage turned on?
