Q: Can someone please help me with information on teamviewer? Who are they and how do they get access to our computers??

Does anyone know what teamviewer is and are they authentic? Who are they? Thanks

    TeamViewer - https://www.teamviewer.com/ - make remote control and screen sharing tools for remote support and online meetings. What is the context of your question? I'd treat an invoice for a service you haven't asked for as fraud or a phishing attempt. If the software has shown up on your computer uninvited I'd be worried about what information has been taken by whom, and what other software has been installed. It's all in the details.
