Dec 5, 2015 6:43 AM in response to T4shiby ChrisJ4203,This is from the support document.
When you see one of these alerts, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to unlock your account with your existing password or to reset your password. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unlock your account, your Apple ID will remain locked and you can try again the next day.
If you use two-step verification, you need to use your recovery key and a trusted device. And if you use two-factor authentication, you need a trusted device or trusted phone number to unlock your Apple ID.
If you see a message that is different from the alerts above and you can't reset your password, contact us for help.
The two areas that I bolded are the ones that are important to you. If you cannot do it the next day as indicated in the first one, then use the link at the end of the second one to contact Apple.

Dec 7, 2015 9:53 AM in response to ChrisJ4203by T4shi,I tried after 24hrs+ again and my apple id is still locked. I tried all the links that you gave me and none of them could help me unlock my apple id. I tried the last link (contact us for help) but i could not schedule a call or call apple support because there is no option for my region (I live in Bhutan). Is there any way to mail apple support and get help?
