Two different framerate clips gradually out of sync

I have 2 video clips.

one in 1920x1080 59.94p, and the other one in 1280x720 30p

And my project is in 1024x768 59.94p

I manually sync 2 clips at the beginning. But as it goes, they are slow out of sync, and after a few mins, it's completely out of sync. I think it has to do with framerate. Any solution for this issue? Thanks!

Assume you mean the audio drifts. And that the manual sync is with a separately recorded audio file. Can you confirm that's what you mean?

And if that's the case, what are the audio properties º including sample rate?

No. it's not only audio drift, but the whole file (audio and video) is slightly out of sync. Each file is totally fine. But they are slight out of sync each other.

To make it easier to understand, let's say, it's 5 minute interview video clips. When they are imported into a project, one file comes up as 5 minute long and the other file shows up as about 5min 10sec long. So basically one file plays back tiny bit slower than the other??? That's why it syncs up fine at the beginning but slowly out of sync as it goes... And at the end, they are out of sync by 10 seconds. Does it make sense?
