problem with new phone
just got an iphone 5s,
trying to install data, but all its dwn loaded is contacts an phone log and messages from jan this year,
lost all recent logs and messages
how do i get them back pls

How are you trying to "install data"? Please explain what you are doing. Transferring data from one device to another is done by backing up one device and restoring to the second device.
