Q: My MacBook Pro keyboard doesn't work in Windows 10.

I installed Windows 10 but my function keys stopped working. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro, 13" w/1TB hard drive. Is there a fix?

It may be because your keyboard favors the brightness/volume/media functions instead of F1, F2, etc...
Try holding down the [Fn] key along with the corresponding key at the top.
If this works, there is a setting somewhere under Bootcamp Settings or in Windows Settings.

Please be aware that Windows 10 in not officially supported on a 2011 Mac - Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support .

You can try installing drivers from Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support with Administrative right and compatibility set to W7/W8. You can also right-click on individual drivers and update drivers.
