my phone is stuck in a boot loop and has an error (9) when trying to restore. please help!

I needed to do a hard reset on my phone this morning while listening to music via bluetooth because the music app wasn't responding. After I did that it got stuck in a boot loop. I was able to get my phone into DFU mode to try and restore it in itunes, but I keep getting error 9. I'm stuck and at a loss. any help would be great.
