    Hi Alex.Cot,

Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.

It looks like music is grayed out in iTunes. Are you an Apple Music subscriber? If so, try signing out/in to iTunes first:

    1. In iTunes, go to Store > Sign Out.

    2. Go to iTunes > Quit iTunes.

    3. Open iTunes again.

    4. Click the For You tab (if it isn't already selected.)

    5. Click "Already a member?"

    6. Sign in with the Apple ID (iCloud account or iTunes Store account) you use for Apple Music.

You may need to wait for iCloud Music Library to sync. If so, you'll see a spinning wheel in the top-right of iTunes. If you don't see your music library in iTunes, next check your Apple Music library settings.

Please let us know if these steps helped or if I've misdiagnosed the situation.
