How many gb of storage is there on the iPhone 6s?
The iPhone 6S comes in 16, 64 and 128 gig sizes. Available storage space is somewhat less than that. It's about 12 gigs on the 16, and 59 on the 64. I'm not sure about the 128 but, I'd guess around 120. What you decide to fill that space with is up to you. It can be music or apps or photos or some combination thereof.
Don't believe that there is a storage limit specifically for Music. If you go to Settings/General/About it will show you how much the total capacity of your device is (whichever size you purchased less what is required for the operating system) and how much space/memory is still available.

Except that it's NOT "very simple"
The phone displays space in base 2 GB, where 1 KB =1024 bytes. Thus 7.46 GB (base 2) is exactly the same as 8 GB (base 10). See: How OS X and iOS report storage capacity for a more detailed explanation.
The other numbers are also base 2 measurements, so, for example, 6.0 GB is actually 6.42 GB if measured in base 10.
It will not be similar for higher capacities, because iOS takes more space as the memory capacity goes up, as it needs more space to store the storage allocation maps.

I have an Iphone 5 , 8 gb. There is only 5 gb available for storage. It stored 50 albums per the 5 gb. The other 3 is used by the phone. At 10 songs per album (about) , that is 500 songs. So for a 128 gb phone at 120 gb storage, I would get 100 * 120 = 12000? songs. Apple states 15000 songs. This doesn't match what others have said. They are stating that 128 gb phone you would get less than 10000. I store all my music on the phone since I DO NOT USE the icloud for security reasons.
I have 9,000 songs on my 128 GB phone using 63 GB, 16 GB of apps and app data, and I have 31 GB free. So whoever told you that 10,000 songs would fill a 128 GB iPhone is full of something else. I could easily fit 15,000 songs, along with my 16 GB of apps.
