Q: My iphone 5 gets hanged in the lock screen , the main problem is i am not able to attend calls when my phone is locked..how can i fix it???

My iphone 5 gets hanged in the lock screen. Most of the time i am not able to enter the pass code and most importantly i cannot attend calls when my device is locked i.e. ,the screen becomes unresponsive.How can i fix it????

If your iPhone's touchscreen becomes unresponsive when trying to enter your passcode at the lock screen, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch .
