Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems the computer is not able to connect to WiFi. Other devices are able to see and connect to the network. Are you able to see the network or is it not letting you connect? It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend you read these articles, they may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
