Iphone 6s plus gold Coating scrap off

Dear Apple,

I had get my replacement for my iPhone 6s plus in 20/11/2015 (send in set SERIAL NO.C3********RX2 IMEI NO.*******)(replacement set SERIAL NO.C3******RX2 IMEI NO.*********) with the coating scrap off problems.But now i facing the same problem again as picture shown below

First i using your original silicon case and i use my iPhone carefully,it never drop before or scratch,so it is impossible to say that is third party cases problem or user problem.

From iPhone 4s i use Apple product until now,i am also planing to buy an Apple watch when it lauch in Malaysia. I though that Apple product are the best in the quality of product and my iPhone 6 also don't have this kind of problem.As i know not only me having the same problem.

This are some user that facing same problem with me.I just use my iPhone 6s plus for two week so it is impossible that the 7000 series aluminium will revert to its original colour.As the currency drop i brought my iPhone for MYR4199,it is quite expensive but i still brought it because i believe in Apple product quality.I hope that i can get a solution.Thank you.

None of your photos came through.

There is no widespread issue with the coating scraping off.

If you have gone through 2 phones and having the same issue, you need to look at environmental issues. (What you are doing)

Also Apple is not on these forums.

Of Apple devices & help with software problems nobody on

This site works for apple.

Also no pictures of your iPhone have come up on this page.

Make an appointment at apple store .

I Also have the same problem in my 6s

so i think iphone is also not as good as they say

I got same issues too. It started to have some weird scratches/peeling off at the back of my iphone 6s 3mons after I got the phone. Then it has gotten worst than ever. Apple has not been doing or addressing any of this. So sad looking at my phone right now. I have been an iphone user since Iphone 3G/3GS/4/4S/5S and I did not experience nor my phone looked this bad. I have been a very careful and kept it safe with a protective casing since day one. This is really ******* me of and at the same time very sad knowing you trusted the company but it didn't even bothered to get to the bottom of this. Shame on them..
