Q: Random re-boot of iPhone 6 plus

My iPhone 6 plus of late has been randomly re-booting on it's own accord!?! I'll be in the middle of using the iPhone then, suddenly it goes to a white screen with a black apple logo in the middle, then does a re-boot. It happens randomly and more and more frequently. Is this a software problem or what?

Hi Miki-AA,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems the iPhone is restarting on its own and displaying an Apple logo. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
