Q: I restored my iTouch and now it will not sync any music on my iMac.

I restored my iTouch and now it will not sync any music on my iMac. I have tried restoring the iTouch twice, with no success.

 

iTouch version: 6.1.6

iMac version: 10.10.5

iTunes Version: 12.3.1.23

 

Automatic backup is set for this computer.

Option selected is sync only checked songs and videos.

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.6
