I cannot write reviews for the app I actually installed.

When I attempted to write a review, it says "You must own this item to write a Customer Review. In order to write a Customer Review for this item you must have purchased or downloaded it."

The app I downloaded and installed does NOT even appear on my "purchased apps" list.

It seems this problem persists for years and years. And Apple fail to fix it.

Greetings HongdongDonald,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to write a review for an app on your device, but it does not believe you purchased the app. Did you purchase the app using a different Apple ID? I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

If you don't recognize a purchase, compare your purchase history to your credit or debit card statement before contacting Apple.
If you don't see your purchase, it might be hidden. Learn how to hide or unhide items in your Purchase History.

If you can't find an item that you purchased in the iTunes Store within the last 90 days, report a problem. For older purchases, contact iTunes Store support, and select Purchases, Billing, and Redemption.

Take care
