Q: How to resume download of audiobook?
Download of audiobook was interrupted. Now it does not show up as a download in progress or as a purchased product.
I tried to buy it again and the system says it was already purchased. Does anybody have suggestions on how to resume the download?

It won't show in Purchased, audiobooks are a one-time only download. Try contacting iTunes Support and explain what happened and they should give a redownload : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
