Q: Upload photos iCloud

how do I upload the photos on my stream? I'd like to see them in my iCloud app on iPhone before I reset it.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.1

I'm not really sure what you mean by the iCloud app on your phone, please elaborate.
