Q: I redeemed a new Itunes gift card, but it still only shows the old balance. I tried logging out and back in, no luck.

I had around $3.95 when I redeemed a new 15 dollar gift card. it briefly showed the balance as 15 dollars (not $18.95) then went back to $3.95 again. I have tried logging back out and back in, but nothing worked. It still only shows the old balance. (Now $0.47, since I tried spending it all to see if that would work)

You've checked your account's purchase history to see if the $15 was needed e.g. for an auto-renewing subscription or pre-order : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

Yeah, I've never pre-ordered anything or signed up for any subscription either. I just use my apple ID for buying music. However, I'm thinking the problem is that it didn't appear in the total, but it's still there, because I've managed to buy a lot of songs. Still, thanks for responding!
