Q: Trying to resolve "waiting for scanner" status

I'm using a late 2011 MacBook Pro 15" and trying to scan wirelessly from a Samsung all-in-one (CLX-3175). This device was working fine, but now I am unable to connect to the scanner over the network. I am using a Time Capsule for my base station. I'm on 10.11.1

 

Tried unplugging device and changing ports, power cycle, printer system reset. Still no luck. Any suggestions for this would be great.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

    It's unclear if this was after an upgrade to 10.11

     

    If this was the case go to the Samsung website an look for a El Capitan compatible print/scan driver.

    Yes, this was after an upgrade. There does not appear to be a current driver for 10.11.1 for this device.
