I have a question that is: How can I know if the pubs form my library are storaged in the iCloud?
Is there a sign or something to know? And if they're not storaged in the iCloud, how can I do to save them their, instead of saving them in the computer?

Yes, they're purchased books
I can't know, I think they're stored in my computer, because in the iCloud Drive there's no pubs.
Then they are already in the cloud (in the iBook store) and you can redownload them whenever you wish, so yes you can delete them from your computers and mobile devices if you wish, although I'd be inclined not to delete them from your computer in case they are ever removed from the iBook store..
