Driver Update NVIDIA GeForce 9400 256 MB for iMac 2009 running El Capitan

Every time I open Photoshop I get an error that I need to update my graphics display driver in order to run the 3D options in Photoshop. My driver is a NVIDIA GeForce 9400 256 MB and I am running El Capitan (that's a different story with other issues). I've gone to the NVIDIA site and they do not support or have an update to this driver. The only info I can find, directs me back to the NVIDIA site to search for the driver update that apparently does not exist. Does that mean that the graphics card has reached its expiration date and it's time for a new computer? What are my options here?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4, FreeAppList application on my Phone
