Iphon 5c, pictures and display will no longer rotate with phone orientation position?? how to fix this

wow, don't you think that just maybe i would have gone through each and every setting on the phone. siri doesn't even know how to make the pictures or display rotate?
i appologize Carolyn.. the help part was not highlighted when i 1st read your reply.. and thank you, i was exactly what the screen was doing.. locked in the control center..
