Q: i have an iphone5 that will not send photos to another iphone5

After reviewing your post, It sounds like you are trying to send a message but it is not able to send pictures. Is this happening with only one contact? Are you able to send messages that do not have pictures. I would recommend you read these articles, they may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
