Boot camp won't load windows installer after partitioning HD

Hi, I am trying to install Windows 8.1 on my Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, early 2015, El Capitan). I have the 64-bit ISO file, and loaded the boot camp assistant app to do the installation process. It was able to partition my hard drive, and after that it attempts to restart in windows. However after a little bit the blue screen with windows icon turns into a blue screen with a frowny face emoticon and a message saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you". After about a minute, my computer reboots, but in the mac OSX... How do I complete the Windows installation?

I tried doing that, the only option it had was to boot the Macintosh HD, no other options, and no other options are showing up when I go System Preferences>Startup Disk. This happened last time, so I saw someone who said the same thing you did, so I removed the partition and re-did it, but still have the same results. That is when I decided to post on here. Doing it again I feel would take another 3 hours to get no where, like I just did... I don't know what to do.

I did both of those after I removed the partition and before the next attempt. I tried partitioning again (the next attempt that is), and it just booted in mac OS, but it didn't even seem to try to open the BOOTCAMP HD while running Windows Installer like it should have, it just re-started in the mac OS on the normal Macintosh HD. All-in-all, still won't work and I can't get Windows to be installed.
