xfinitywifi Login

Trying to connect a MacBook to Xfinitywifi. Instructions say it will throw me a sign in page or, if I open a browser and use the xfinitywifi.com URL I'll get a signin page. No dice on either. Any ideas or fixes?

It is not an actual wifi network, it's a bunch of hotspots. Here's a page that explains it:
