Q: No sound and disorted sound on iPhone after leaving bt car connection -iPhone 6s

AFter I had a correct Bluetooth connection in my car, THE sound on my IPhone is gone. So I leave THE car,

enter my Home and sometimes THE sound on my phone is disorted and THe ringer sound does not work anymore.

enable and disable THE Bluetooth fix the problem for a time but iT comes again....I already tryed hard reset, reinstall

ios via iTunes, config As new iphone,...

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1, Iphone 6s

I understand that the sound on your iPhone is distorted when disconnecting from Bluetooth. While you have processed most of the troubleshooting steps that I could recommend, there may be a couple more that may help. This also includes the quoted section below.

If you follow these steps and still hear no sound or distorted sound, contact us.

Hi, thnx for your feedback . After restarting the IPhone the problem has been solved. But
affter today the sound disorted again. So it is ok for a few weeks and than the problem comes back.
restart again and it's been solved again. Very strange...
