Hi,
I am using iphone 6 Plus 128 gb having IOS 9.1 and it seems it's phone app is freezing randomly after sometime. Cannot make calls, can't see contacts or do anything. 😠 Only way to come out of that is to restart the iphone.
ICant restarr the phone every now and then do we have any permanat solution for this?

If you are having issues with your iPhone's Phone app becoming unresponsive when you use it, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications -
Next, restart the iPhone -
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Now test to see if the issue returns. If it does persist, please report back to this thread and we will see where we need to go from there.

I tried step 1 and 2 both even earlier and now again. Phone app works only for some time. However, its a same story later and hangs up. I have to perform the steps 1 and 2 again to make it work 😟😟

If you are experiencing this issue continuing even after quitting all apps and restarting the iPhone, the next step would be to back up your iPhone and setting it up as a new device. See this article - How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
