Can you help me what to do?

I bought an iPhone 5s in Spain on February 20, 2014 I have an invoice.

The software is broken and I went to Budapest and Hungarian authorized Apple service on October, 02.2014.

After the analise they found the fault, Servicer took my phone and gave me the new iPhone

The other day my software again stopped working. Now I went and authorized service in Belgrade, then I found out that

my phone (taken in Hungary) is not in Apple's database, and the first one(purchased in Spain) that I left in service

in Hungary, in Apple base seems like is active now. How is it possible, it's not my concern,

but now I can not get the new phone.

What did they do in the Hungarian Service I do not know.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.6
